U.S. Mat & Rubber Corporation Warranty Terms and Conditions

CREDIT INFORMATON

New accounts - to avoid any delay upon placing an initial order we will accept Visa or Master Card, or a check in advance - including the freight charges. Thereafter, credit terms can be extended if we are supplied with the following; the complete addresses and telephone numbers of your bank and three business references. Once approved, subsequent orders will be expedited.

TELEPHONE ORDERS

U. S. MAT & RUBBER CORPORATION accepts telephone orders, however, the caller is responsible for the accuracy of the order. Please request the order be read back to you in its entirety to ensure accuracy.

MINIMUM ORDERS

All orders under $100.00 will be subject to a $5.00 charge (net cost applies).

LIMITED WARRANTY

U. S. MAT & RUBBER CORPORATION guarantees its products against defects in workmanship and material for a period of one year from the date of shipment, provided our recommended installation and maintenance procedures are used (proper care and cleaning). This guarantee provides for replacement or repair of the material only. Claims must be made in writing, within twelve (12) months from the invoice date. If, after our inspection, the product proves to be defective, we will repair or replace the product at our option on a pro-rated basis and the freight charges will be U. S. MAT & RUBBER CORPORATION'S responsibility.

FREIGHT TERMS

All prices are FOB Brockton, MA, unless otherwise indicated in the price booklet. Notifications of Arrival, Inside Deliveries, Re-deliveries or any "extra" charges will be the responsibility of the customer/consignee. We will drop ship to your customer at no extra charge.

PAYMENT TERMS

Terms are 1/10/n30. No other terms will be accepted unless directly approved by an official of the company, in writing.

RETURNS

All returns (stock items only) must have written approval. A restock charge of 20% is levied and all freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. No special sizes, custom made, or logo mats will be considered.

LOSS OR DAMAGE

Concealed loss or damage must be reported to the carrier immediately in writing. Request an inspection of the material by the carrier and keep all original packing material. Remember that the title passes to the consignee when the transportation company receives the shipment.
